We will meet the first Saturday of every month for a 1.45 hour class. 11.15am – 1pm. Dates: Saturday April 5th, May 2nd , June 7th, July 5th, August 2nd and September 6th. The £120 fee is for the six month commitment (approx £20 a class)

You will also have the option to join a private WhatsApp group, to share and support each other outside of the monthly classes.
Optional weekly drop in sessions to practice and come together will also be available on Mondays at 7-8pm, which includes meditation and practice £10.
